We would love for you to extend your stay! Extensions are subject to availability. If you book a month-to-month term upfront, you have the flexibility of staying as long as you need!

Upon application and credit review, certain credit criteria may require a deposit.

Background and Credit Checks: All adults 18 and over are required to complete and pass an online background check application with Rental History Reports.  A Credit Check is required on the adult that is making and paying for the reservation. A deposit may be required based on credit check results. Government issued identification is required for all adults.  Some properties require other documents to be completed and approved prior to reservation confirmation.

Many of our homes allow pets. You can check if a specific location allows pets in the description on the property listing page. Pets are typically limited to 2 per home and breed restrictions apply. The most common restricted breeds include Pit Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Rottweilers, and Great Danes. 
 
We charge a $400 non-refundable pet fee + $25 monthly pet rent, per pet + applicable taxes. This covers extra cleaning costs and property pet fees. Extra charges will apply for any pet-related damages or excessive cleaning.

Scheduled housekeeping services are available to add to your reservation. We offer weekly and bi-weekly services. By adding housekeeping to your reservation, you agree to add the following charges based on the number of bedrooms and frequency of cleaning to your reservation:

1 Bedroom – weekly $20/night or biweekly for $10/night
2 Bedroom – weekly $24/night or biweekly for $12/night 
3 Bedroom – weekly $30/night or biweekly for $15/night

Plus tax, where applicable.

Every check-in is a unique experience. Stay Sojo offers a 24/7 arrival at most locations. Our team will contact you about a week prior to check-in to provide you with your arrival instructions, directions to your new home, and to coordinate the arrangements for your key pick up. We typically have guests check in after 4:00pm on their arrival date and check out by 12:00pm on their departure date. Let us know if you need an earlier arrival time or a later departure time and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Stay Sojo is not located on-site. However, we give you all the information you need to check-in, including video instructions and property maps, as necessary. Our team is available 24/7 to guide you every step of the way. Meet & Greets can be arranged in some locations.

Parking availability and inclusion varies by community. Some residences will offer included parking, and others may have a fee.

Your wifi password will be on your arrival instructions. At any time, you can reach out to our Guest Experience team for further assistance.
